우선 게임패드를 먼저 끄시고 아래와 같이 활성화 버튼을 먼저 누른 후에, 케이블을 연결해 보시기 바랍니다.

SHAKS H1, SHAKS S1 (2019), SHAKS S2 (2019)모델은 유선 연결이 불가능합니다.
하드웨어 설계적으로 USB로 데이터를 내보내지 않도록 설계되었으므로 사용할 수 없습니다.
•
iOS/iPadOS 또는 macOS와 같은 Apple 제품이나, Android 제품이라도 유선 연결로는 컨트롤러 사용이 지원되지 않습니다.
•
윈도우 7에서 연결하실 때는 윈도우 드라이버 충돌 등 기술적인 문제로 무선으로 연결하는 방법이 잘 작동하지 않습니다. 반드시 유선으로 연결하여 사용하시기 바랍니다.
•
윈도우 8 이상에서는 컨트롤러 입력과 관련된 드라이버가 이미 설치되어 있습니다. 직접 설치하는 것보다 윈도우 업데이트를 진행하는 것이 좋습니다.

유선으로 연결했는데 드라이버 오류가 나는 경우,
유선 연결이 충전, 전원으로만 연결된 상황일 수 있습니다. 게임패드를 끄지 않은 채로 케이블을 연결하였거나, START 버튼을 누른 채로 케이블을 연결하지 않았습니다. 이 경우 아래와 같이 다시 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

게임패드에 불이 켜져 있으면 끕니다.
2.
USB 케이블 (동봉된 케이블과 비슷한 5핀 데이터 케이블)을 컴퓨터에 먼저 연결합니다.
3.
START 버튼을 누르신 채로 게임패드에 케이블을 꽂습니다.
4.
컴퓨터에 장치가 인식될 때까지 3초 정도 조금 더 오래 누르고 있습니다.
5.
LED가 모두 꺼지면 손을 떼고 사용해 주세요.
주의사항: 샥스 로고 버튼의 LED가 꺼지면 유선 연결이 끊어진 상태입니다. 자주 발생하는 경우 케이블을 교체하거나 제품의 단자에 문제가 있는 것은 아닌지 확인하시기 바랍니다.
제품의 문제라고 여겨지는 경우 안드로이드 기기와 직접 USB 단자를 연결하여 확인하는 것도 가능합니다.
•
USB 허브 사용 중인 경우 간혹 USB 허브의 성능이나 접촉 불량, 단선 등의 문제로 원활하게 연결되지 않을 수 있습니다.

In most cases, this happens because the correct sequence is not followed. Do not insert the cable first. First, press and maintain the combo-key, and after that, connect the power cable to switch on the gamepad.

S2i & S3i → Keep pressing START button then connect the cable

S5i → Keep pressing "BT pairing button" then connect the cable
NOTE: SHAKS S1 (2019) & SHAKS S2 (2019) can't use the cable for connection, only for charging purposes.

iOS, iPadOS or macOS (Apple), Android device connected via wire, all are not compatible with mapping service. Also, all consoles such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch is not supporting mapping mode.
•
In the case of Windows PC, we recommend a Wired connection for the usage on Win 7.
Because some Windows technical reasons, the wireless connection may not work well.
When using a Bluetooth connection, Win 7 will need to install the official Microsoft X-input driver, which can be downloaded from our website.
In the case of Windows 10, the gamepad driver is already installed.
Please do not install any other gamepad drivers. If additiona drivers are installed, they may conflict and stop working correctly.

Power off the Game controller

Connect USB cable to PC first
3.
While pressing Start key and connect the cable to gamepad until 3 seconds more

Then, while booting, it will connect PC.

Once all LED power off, it is successfully connected.

有線接続が充電、電源のみで接続されている場合があります。 ゲームパッドの電源が切れた状態で接続したり、STARTボタンを押したままケーブルを接続しなかったためです。 以下の方法に従ってもう一度進めてください。

ゲームパッドに明かりがついていたら消します。
2.
USB ケーブル（同梱されたケーブルと似た5ピン データ ケーブル）をコンピュータにまず接続します。
3.
STARTボタンを押したままゲームパッドにケーブルを差し込みます。
4.
コンピュータにデバイスが認識されるまで、3秒ほどもう少し長く押しています。
5.
LEDがすべて消えたら手を離して使用してください。
注意事項:SHAKSロゴボタンのLEDが切れると有線接続が切れた状態です。 頻繁に発生する場合は、ケーブルを交換したり、製品の端子に問題があるかどうかを確認してください。
製品の問題と思われる場合、アンドロイド機器と直接USB端子を接続して確認することも可能です。
