블루투스 연결이 너무 안좋은 것 같습니다. 연결이 자체가 되지 않습니다.

블루투스는 무선 연결이라 가끔 기기 검색이 원활하지 않을 수 있습니다. 대부분의 경우 게임패드를 끄고 다시 켜고, 블루투스 검색을 다시 시도하면 기기를 발견하고 연결 가능합니다. 또한, 페어링 모드 진입이 안된 경우도 있습니다. 페어링 모드 키 (Select+Switch 키) 를 5초 이상 누르면 , 1,2번 LED가 빠르게 점멸되면서 다시 검색됩니다.

너무 많은 무선 제품이 사용되어 혼선이 생길 수 도 있습니다. 중간에 장애물을 없애거나, 노이즈를 발생시키는 파워, 랜 포트등에서 거리를 떨어뜨려 주시기 바랍니다.

아래 경우를 확인해보시고, 게임패드가 검색 조차 안되면, 제품 문제일 수 있으니, 저희 CS로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. .

여러 차례 게임패드의 검색을 반복했지만, 발견하지 못하는 경우

PC의 Bluetooth 동글과 연결 동작이 되지 않습니다.
드라이버 설치를 아래대로 확인, 점검해 보시기 바랍니다.
1. 블루투스 드라이버 설치 프로그램을 통해서 먼저 드라이버를 삭제합니다.
2. 블루투스 동글을 컴퓨터에서 분리합니다.
3. 블루투스 동글을 다시 연결 합니다. 이때 Windows 에서 설치가 이뤄질 때 까지 기다립니다.
4. 시작 메뉴 > 설정 > 장치 순서대로 클릭한 뒤 Bluetooth를 켜고 끄는 스위치 부분이 나타나는지 확인해 주세요. (Windows 10 기준)

PC의 블루투스 동글이 동작하지 않습니다.
아래와 같이 우선 확인 부탁합니다.
1. 게임패드 동글을 다른 곳에 꽂아서 확인한다.
2. 꽂았던 자리에 다른 기기를 연결하면 잘 작동하는지 확인한다.
3. USB 연장선 혹은 허브를 사용하여 다시 연결하면 작동하는 것은 아닌지 추가로 확인한다.
4. 컴퓨터를 재부팅 후 1~3을 다시 확인해 본다.
모두 시도해 보셔도 잘 안되면 동글의 작동 불량을 의심되오니, 저희 CS에 연락주시면 조치드리겠습니다.

블루투스로 사용시 프레임 하락되어 게임 플레이가 원활치 않습니다.

블루투스 컨트롤러 사용 시에는 프레임이 떨어지는 것이 일반적입니다. 다만 게임마다 영향을 크게 받거나, 적게 받는 경우가 있습니다. 대표적으로 '어쌔신크리드 : 발할라' 는 출시 직후에 블루투스 컨트롤러 연결 시 프레임이 크게 (20~30) 떨어지는 현상을 보였습니다. 이와 다르게 '어쌔신크리드 : 오딧세이'는 블루투스 컨트롤러를 연결하여도 5정도의 프레임만 감소하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었습니다.

이 현상은 게임패드를 블루투스로 연결 하여 송수신 할 때에 블루투스가 PC의 자원을 사용하게 되어 생기는 현상이며, 어떤 게임패드를 연결하여 쓰시더라도 비슷한 현상이 발생됩니다.
◦
다만, PC의 성능, 연결 된 블루투스 드라이버의 상태, 블루투스 동글을 연결한 USB 포트의 불안정 함, 윈도우 시스템 문제 및 게임패드 전원 부족 등의 복합적인 문제로 영향이 더 커질 수 있습니다. 저희 게임패드로 다른 게임을 하실 때에 지연 및 끊김 등의 이상이 없으시다면 해당 게임의 퍼포먼스 문제로 볼 수 있습니다.

블루투스가 어떻게 해도 연결이 되지 않습니다.

때때로, 와이파이와 신호 간섭이 생길 수 도 있습니다. 와이파이를 2.4GHz에서 5GHz 대역으로 변경하건, 확실하게 2.4Hz의 1-13채널중 수동으로 사용치 않은 채널로 설정하시면 됩니다.

혹은 디바이스에 따라 접속 가능한 BT 기기 한도가 있습니다 (예, Galaxy 10 15개), 사용하지 않은 기기는 연결 해제 (unpair)를 해주시기 바랍니다.

한개의 Mac ID는 하나의 BT 기기로 인식합니다. 게임패드 모드를 변경한 경우 (예, 매핑 모드 안드로이드 모드)는 기존 연결된 정보 (Mac ID)를 지워주어야, 새로운 모드로 접속이 됩니다.

Bluetooth connection is not established, interrupts or lost .

Quite often, BT scanning takes time and causes trouble. In most cases, rebooting your device will solve the problem. You can reset the gamepad by pressing "Select+Switch" simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. This will cause the gamepad to enter into pairing mode with default values (i.e deleting all previous pairings in memory).
◦
Please check following trouble shooting by yourself.
1.
Pair the gamepad with other 2-3 devices to compare

Check the driver is installed as per below section

Check any RF obstacles between device and gamepad as per below section
4.
Reboot the computer and check the steps 1-3 again.
→ After all if gamepad still can't be seen on the bluetooth window, it may have a hardware defect, please contact our AS center for immediate service.

Please check the integration of BT driver on your PC.
1. Delete the drivers installed by its install program

3. Inset BT again. Most case, automatic driver installation process starts. or install it according to BT dongle manual

When Bluetooth connection, the game play is slow down and frame drop.

This may be due to the overload in CPU resources by your device. please release cache data in the device.

or the application running at back-ground in your device, clear unwanted background applications.

In a lot of cases, RF interference with WiFi router can cause the problem. Please set WiFi RF band from 2.4GHz to 5GHz. or manually select unused channel band among 1-13 channels in your WiFi router setting.

Delete unused BT device from your device BT setting menu, because generally there is limitation of max BT device connection (example, Galaxy 10, 15 BT device can be paired)
